The abstracts of rules applicable to members
1. The member must purchase his or her own uniform.
2. The member must buy the sports insurance policy. (1850 yen)
3. Currently the gymnasium rental is free of charge, therefore no member fee is collected. The miscellaneous expenses, for example, balls, tapes and/or as such, may be collected from members as needed.
4. The member must submit the following information to the administrator. In case of any change, the member must also notify to the administrator ASAP.
》name, phone number, email address
》address of the work place or residence
》date of birth, blood group, height, high school graduated from, sex
5. The membership would be granted when the applicant agrees the terms and conditions in articles 1～4 mentioned above, and also with the approval of the team captain.
6. About BBS;
1) any communication in the team must be posted on BBS
2) a notice of absence must be posted on BBS ASAP, even though a verbal notification would be submitted prior to some of the members
3) in case of an absence, such notification must be posted on BBS at latest by 18:00 on that day; also a notice of a late arrival must be posted if arrival time is later than 18:30; however these rules would not be applied if the member advise to the administrator in advance that he or she would post only a notice of presence, and/or regular late arrival;
